5.2. Saran
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka peneliti memberikan beberapa saran sebagai berikut.
1. Ruang lingkup penelitian untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat diperluas lagi sehingga tingkat generalisasi ke populasinya bisa lebih luas.
2. Untuk hasil yang lebih akurat, sebaiknya populasi pengguna internet banking diketahui jumlahnya secara pasti agar sampel penelitian memang merupakan jumlah yang mewakili dari jumlah keseluruhan pengguna internet bank
3. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah variabel-variabel eksternal lain untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat dan untuk mengetahui variabel lain yang mempengaruhi nasabah perbankan dalam menggunakan layanan internet banking, misalnya seperti variable kepercayaan dan variabel persepsi resiko.
4. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan, signifikan terhadap sikap layanan internet banking dari segi kegunaan dan manfaatnya sehingga dapat membuat nasabah bank tertarik untuk menggunakan layanan internet banking.
