PENUTUP

7.1 Kesimpulan

Semua larutan irigasi yang digunakan (NaOCl, EDTA-NaOCl, dan klorheksidin-NaOCl) dengan konsentrasi NaOCl 3%, EDTA 17 %, dan klorheksidin 2% dengan perendaman selama 2 menit untuk masing-masing larutan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kekerasan mikro dentin pada saluran akar.

Penurunan tingkat kekerasan yang tertinggi terjadi pada penggunaan larutan irigasi klorheksidin 2%-NaOCl 3% dibandingkan dengan 2 kelompok larutan irigasi lain yaitu EDTA 17%-NaOCl 3%, dan NaOCl 3%.

7.2 Saran

Perlu dilakukan pengukuran kekerasan mikro pada masing-masing larutan irigasi sebelum dikombinasikan terhadap dentin saluran akar, juga perlu dilakukan pengukuran pH pada masing-masing larutan irigasi.
