PROSES SUPPORT MANAJEMEN SDM

Menyadari bahwa sukses organisasi merupakan agregat dari sukses tiap individu, maka praktisi SDM di Perseroan menitik beratkan strategi-nya pada upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja dan kompetensi tiap individu, khususnya yang berada di posisi kunci.

Disamping langkah-langkah berkesinambungan yang secara rutin telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja dan kompetensi karyawan serta memperkuat kapasitas organisasi sebagaimana telah diuraikan dalam Laporan Tahunan 2013 yang lalu, pada tahun 2014 Proses Support Manajemen SDM telah melakukan eksekusi beberapa program unggulan, diantaranya adalah:

1. Line Manager is HR Manager

Program pembekalan training kepada setiap manager dengan tujuan agar setiap line manager memiliki talent mindset dan secara konsisten terlibat dalam aktivitas terkait SDM di bawahnya, seperti: rekrutmen dan pengembangan SDM. Materi training yang diberikan adalah: recruitment & selection, development/coaching, employee engagement.

2. Social Links

Salah satu bentuk retention program yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif yang membuat karyawan lama merasa kerasan dan karyawan baru merasa diterima. Diharapkan dengan adanya program ini, turn over karyawan dapat berkurang.

3. Transform

Migrasi system payroll dari SAP ke Transform dengan tujuan untuk eisiensi biaya.

Wujud nyata dari keberhasilan dibidang SDM antara lain adalah diperolehnya beberapa penghargaan dari pihak eksternal. Terkait dengan proses SDM, pada tahun 2014 penghargaan- penghargaan yang berhasil diperoleh Perseroan adalah sbb: • Salah satu pemenang “Indonesia Most Admired

Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Award 2014” dari Dunamis Consulting.

• Pemenang Ketiga “Indonesia HR Excellence Award 2014” untuk kategori Perfomance Management System dari LM FEUI dan Majalah SWA.

• Pemenang Pertama “Indonesia HR Essay Competition 2014” dari Prasetya Mulya Business School dan Citibank.

PROSES SUPPORT TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI

Data dan informasi telah menjadi kebutuhan mutlak dalam proses kerja di Perseroan. Fokus Proses Support Teknologi Infomasi adalah: penyediaan jaringan & infrastuktur,

SUPPORT PROCESS HR MANAGEMENT

Realizing that the success of an organization is an aggregate of success of each individual, therefore HR practitioners focus its strategy on the efforts of improving motivation, performances and competencies of each individual, in particular employees in key positions.

Apart from steps taken which have routinely conducted for ensuring improvements on employees motivations, performances and competencies, and for enhancing organizational capacity as already explained in last 2013 Annual Report of the Company, the Process Support HR Management has executed several leading programs in 2014, among others are:

1. Line Manager is HR Manager

The program of providing training for every managers with the objective for the managers to have talent mindset and consostently involved in the HR related activities for his subordinates, i.e.: recruitment and HR development. Training materials provided are: recruitment & selection, development/coaching, employee engagement.

2. Social Links

This is part of HR retention program with the objective to create conducive working environment so that old employees feels comfortable, and new employees are felt being accepted in the environment. It is expected that with the program the employee turnover can be reduced. 3. Transform

Migration of payroll system from SAP to Transform with the objective of cost effiency.

One of indicator of success in managing HR is expressed in form of recognitions from external parties. In relation with HRM process, during 2014 the Company has successfully obtained several awards and recognitions, i.e.:

• One of Winners of “Indonesia Most Admired

in the category of Performance Management System from LM FEUI and SWA Magazine

SUPPORT PROCESS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Data and information is absolutely necessity for all processes within the Company. Focus of Support Process Information Technology are: providing network & infrastructure,

development of application systems, and application system supports. Those three roles are prerequisite for the process of data collection, processing/converting data into information, and distribution of information.

The following are several activity conducted by Support Process Information Technology in executing improvement programs during 2014:

1. Welcome SAP ECC 6.0

Program of migrating from SAP Business Suite 4.7 to the latest version of SAP ECC 6.0 on Hana. This new version of SAP has a faster processing time, bigger storage capacity and double amount of user licences. Started implementation on December 2014 and will go live on May 2015.

2. Rejuvenation

Replacement of Network equipment, upgrade of server in order to rejuvenation and implementing the SAP ECC 6.0.

3. Low Risk Better Performance

IT risks prevention and performance improvement in form of IT Governance Manual launched in December 2014.

SUPPORT PROCESS INFORMATION SYSTEM

Role of Support Process Information Sytem is designing format and facilitating the delivery of information required by business processes and support processes with the aim to facilitate their daily works, and for decision makings. By doing so, Support Process Information System is bridging between the process owner as user of information and Support Process Information Technology whose role is to develop spplication system in order to convert data into information as required by the process owners.

In carrying out its role, Support Process Information System has executed several program activities in 2014 as follows:

1. I’m Watching U

Designing contents and visualization of information needed by every processes, created in form of dashboard.

2. ROFO 2.1

Revision and improvement from previous version ROFO where target fine-tuning will be made based on Channel & Area without SKU.

pengembangan sistim aplikasi, dan melakukan support terhadap sistem applikasi yang telah berjalan. Ketiga hal ini merupakan prasyarat bisa dilakukannya proses data collection, pengolahan data menjadi informasi, serta distribusi informasi.

Berikut adalah beberapa kegiatan dalam rangka eksekusi program-program perbaikan yang telah dilakukan oleh Proses Support Teknologi Informasi di tahun 2014:

1. Welcome SAP ECC 6.0

Melakukan migrasi dari SAP Business Suite 4.7 ke versi SAP ECC 6.0 on Hana. Versi terbaru dari SAP ini memiliki processing time lebih cepat dan kapasitas storage lebih besar. Implementasi mulai berjalan di bulan Desember 2014 dan akan selesai di bulan Mei 2015.

2. Rejuvenation

Penggantian peralatan Network dan upgrade server yang dilakukan dalam rangka peremajaan dan menyongsong diimplementasikannya SAP ECC 6.0.

3. Low Risk Better Performance

Program manajemen risiko dan peningkatan kinerja IT ditandai dengan peluncuran IT Governance Manual di Bulan Desember 2014.

PROSES SUPPORT SISTEM INFORMASI

Proses Support Sistem Informasi berperan dalam merancang format dan memfasilitasi pemberian informasi yang diperlukan oleh proses bisnis dan proses support untuk kelancaran pekerjaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, proses support ini menjadi jembatan antara process owner yang merupakan pengguna informasi dan proses support Teknologi Informasi yang bertugas membangun sistim aplikasi untuk mengubah data menjadi informasi yang diperlukan oleh process owner.

Dalam menjalankan perannya, proses support Sistem Informasi telah melakukan eksekusi beberapa program di tahun 2014 sebagai berikut:

1. I’m Watching U

Mendesain content dan visualisasi informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh tiap-tiap proses dan di buat dalam bentuk dashboard.

2. ROFO 2.1

Perbaikan dari ROFO versi sebelumnya, dimana fine- tuning target dibuat berdasarkan Channel & Area tanpa SKU.

PROSES SUPPORT KEUANGAN

Fokus utama Proses Support Keuangan adalah meningkatkan produktivitas dalam pengelolaan Modal Kerja Perseroan. Hal ini terkait dengan pengelolaan yang baik atas Cost of Fund management (antara lain: Equity, Loans, Cash Surplus management) dan Cash to Cash Cycle Management (antara lain: Trade Payables to principals, Inventory, Outstanding Receivables and Reimbursement from principals). Disamping itu Proses Support Keuangan juga berperan assets management dan pengelolaan insurance.

Di tahun 2014, Proses Support Keuangan berhasil menjaga tingkat DER sebesar 50.35% dan menyediakan surplus cash flow positif sebesar Rp 37.04 Milyar.

Dalam menjalankan perannya tersebut, disamping hal- hal rutin, di tahun 2014 proses support Keuangan telah melakukan eksekusi program Syndicated Loan. Perseroan mendapatkan kepercayaan untuk memperoleh kredit sindikasi dimana Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte, Ltd. menjadi arranger dan participant lenders adalah: Citibank Jakarta, Bank Commonwealth, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Jakarta, PT Bank International Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank CTBC Indonesia untuk pembiayaan sindikasi sebesar Rp.600.000.000.000 (enam ratus miliar rupiah) kepada Perseroan. Kredit tersebut digunakan untuk refinancing hutang bank, pembiayaan capex, kebutuhan modal kerja dan keperluan umum/operasional perusahaan.

PROSES SUPPORT AKUNTANSI

Sasaran proses support Akuntansi dalam menunjang proses bisnis Perseroan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pelaporan bagi Manajemen dan pihak eksternal adalah penyediaan informasi financial statements berdasarkan PSAK, tax reports dan monthly ROBU (Rolling Budget) secara tepat guna dan tepat waktu. Dalam rangka mencapai sasaran tersebut dengan lebih baik, telah dilakukan eksekusi beberapa program unggulan di tahun 2014 sebagai berikut:

1. Tax & Financial Report Automation

• Otomatisasi pembuatan laporan dan rekonsiliasi PPn Masukan Merchandise item dan Non- Merchandise item untuk menghemat waktu, biaya dan meningkatkan akurasi.

• Otomatisasi Financial & Management Report melalui system SAP sehingga mempercepat dan meningkatkan akurasi financial & management report sehingga Accounting Manager/Officer lebih fokus pada analisa laporan dan review data.

SUPPORT PROCESS FINANCE

The main focus of Support Process Finance is to enhance productivity in managing the Company’s Working Capital. This is related to the proper management of Cost of Fund (e.g.: Equity, Loans, Cash Surplus management) and Cash to Cash Cycle management (e.g.: Trade Payables to principals, Inventory, Outstanding Receivables and Reimbursements from principals). Beside those, Support Process Finance also plays a role in assets management, and insurance management.

In 2014, Support Process Finance has succesfully maintained DER level of 50.35% and generated positive surplus of cash flow in amount of IDR 37.04 Billions.

In performing their roles, Support Process Finance has conducted program Syndicated Loan executed in 2014. Company were granted with syndication loan whereas Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte, Ltd. as the arranger and participant lenders are Citibank Jakarta, Bank Commonwealth, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Jakarta, PT Bank International Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank CTBC Indonesia for financing syndication at the amount of Rp. 600.000.000.000,00 (six hundred billion Rupiah) for the Company. The loan shall be used for bank loan refinancing, capex financing, working capital and company’s operational.

SUPPORT PROCESS ACCOUNTING

The targets set by support process Accounting in supporting business processes, and in fulfilling reporting requirements for Management as well as external parties, are to provide information on PSAK based financial statements, tax reports, and monthly ROBU (Rolling Budget) in the right format and in the right time. In order to better achieve the targets, several leading programs execution have been conducted in 2014 as follows:

1. Tax & Financial Report Automation

• Automation of report preparation and reconciliation of PPn Input Merchandise item and Non-Merchandise item for saving time and costs as well as increasing accuracy.

• Automation of Financial Reports through SAP system

to speed up process and increase accuracy of financial & management report, hence Accounting Manager/Officer can focus on report analysis and data verification.

2. Documents E-Filing

Melakukan e-filing document melalui alat scanning dan disimpan di memory server sehingga dapat mengurangi ruang file dan mempercepat pencarian dokumen.

3. Profitability Analysis

Analisa CODB (cost of doing busines) per region dan channel agar process owner dapat melakukan follow up perbaikan atas biaya-biaya yang diatas standar.

2. Documents E-Filing

E-filing documents through scanning machine and store them in server storage so that reducing filing space and facilitating search of documents.

3. Profitability Analysis

Analyzing CODB (costs of doing business) per region and channel in order for process owners to initiate improvements on costs exceeding standard.
