Questions Bagaimana proses pendirian kelas RSBI di SMP Pangudi Luhur I Yogyakarta? Answers Program RSBI di SMP Pangudi Luhur I Yogyakarta dimulai pada taun 2009. Sesuai

dengan namanya, RSBI berarti Rintisan Sekolah Berbasis Internasional, maka sekolah-sekolah yang berlabel RSBI berarti sedang merintis dan mempersiapkan sekolah mereka untuk menjadi sekolah berbasis internasional. Demikian juga SMP Pangudi Luhur I Yogyakarta saat ini sedang merintis jalan untuk menjadi sekolah berbasis internasional dengan mendirikan kelas 7 RSBI pada taun ajaran 2009-2010 sebagai kelas pertama dan satu-satunya yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis internasional. Pada taun-taun yang akan datang direncanakan akan ada kelas 8 dan 9 RSBI. setelah hal ini terlanksana, semua kelas akan menerpakan system dan cara belajar mengajar yang diterapkan di kelas-kelas RSBI tersebut. Jika hal ini telah terlaksana, SMP Pangudi Luhur I Yogyakarta dapat dikatakan sebagai Sekolah Berbasis Internasional.

Questions Apa saja persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh siswa-siswa untuk dapat memasuki kelas RSBI?

Answers Nilai rata-rata rapot harus minimal 8 dan lolos interview dengan bahasa inggris. Selain itu, siswa juga harus memiliki kemampuan dalam bidang komputer. Hal ini harus dibuktikan dengan menunjukan sertifikat.

Answers Kurikulum dari dinas Pendidikan Jakarta dan mendapat pantauan dari pemerintah pusat (jakarta). Dari pantauan ini kemudian akan diperoleh kesimpulan apakah sekolah tersebut layak dan mampu menjadi sekolah RSBI. Apabila sekolah tersebut tak layak dan tak mampu, maka sekolah tersebut akan dikembalikan sebagai sekolah standard nasional (SSN).

TEST SPECIFICATION 1. Content

Types of Text:

The texts are taken from non-academic sources such as internet and magazines. The texts were authentic texts. The authentic texts were used in order to create difficulty to challenge the students to perform their high level of English skill. Because it was written in the curriculum that the purpose of the learning was to make the students able to interact with the closest environment, the researcher concluded that the learning process was based on Contextual Language Teaching (CLT). Therefore, several texts were edited and adapted in order to make them more relevant and meaningful for the students.

Addresses : RSBI seventh grade students of SMP Pangudi Luhur I Yogyakarta. Topic : Transportation, fables, my idol, science.
