5.2. SARAN
1. Pada penderita gagal jantung NYHA I dan II perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan BIA untuk menilai berat badan kering dan status volume cairan tubuh pada saat pertama kali didiagnosa maupun pada pemeriksaan rutin sebagai salah satu standar pemeriksaan dan sebagai acuan dalam penatalaksanaannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita.
2. Perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan sample yang lebih besar untuk menilai hubungan antara fraksi ejeksi ventrikel kiri, tekanan darah, denyut jantung dan tahanan prifer dangan parameter cairan ekstrasel pada penderita gagal jantung.
