B. Saran
1. Dapat dilakukan perhitungan body fat percentage menggunakan parameter skinfold thickness yang lain sehingga nilai yang didapat bisa dibandingkan hasilnya dengan peneliti untuk mengetahui bagian skinfold dan formulasi body fat percentageyang lebih bisa menggambarkan lemak didalam tubuh. 2. Adanya hasil korelasi positif bermakna dan berkekuatan sedang antara body
fat percentage dengan rasio LDL/HDL, maka mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-24 tahun dapat menggunakan LDL/HDL sebagai prediktor gangguan kardiovaskuler.
