B. Saran

1. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan kriteria sehat pada responden tidak hanya dilakukan dengan wawancara untuk melihat keadan patologis responden.

2. Bagi masyarakat umum khususnya penduduk wanita di Desa Kepuharjo, Cangkringan, Sleman, Yogyakarta (subyek penelitian), agar rutin melakukan olahraga dan menjaga asupan makan untuk menjaga kadar lemak dalam tubuh.
