7.2 Saran
Model pengembangan reward system dapat digunakan oleh rumah sakit sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat, yaitu dengan menambahkan variabel kinerja sebagai dasar pemberian reward.
2. Perawat
Perawat diharapkan dapat menggunakan modul dari hasil penelitian ini sebagai referensi untuk berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kinerja.
3. Peneliti selanjutnya
Penelitian selanjutnya perlu dilakukan untuk menganalisis penerapan
reward system berbasis kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan mengembangkan tidak hanya kepada perawat, tetapi juga tenaga kesehatan yang lain.
