6.2 Saran
1. Diharapkan kepada pihak sekolah dapat memberikan materi pelajaran kepada siswa-siswi tentang masalah kesehatan khususnya tentang obesitas. 2. Diharapkan kepada siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Barumun untuk menjaga pola
3. Diharapkan kepada pengelola kantin sekolah dapat menyediakan makanan yang sehat dan bergizi agar kebiasaan jajan siswi tetap terjaga.
4. Diharapkan kepada orang tua dapat menyajikan menu makanan sehari yang seimbang dan cukup zat gizinya sehingga dapat mengurangi konsumsi makanan jajanan yang memiliki kalori tinggi.
