5.2 Saran

Dari penelitian ini, saran penulis untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan hal-hal berikut :

1. Melakukan penelitian run-up gelombang dengan variasi elevasi muka air, sudut kemiringan yang lebih landai dari penelitian ini, dan memperbanyak variasi tinggi dan periode gelombang.

2. Melakukan penelitian run-up gelombang dengan menggunakan analisa video berupa video image processor sebagai alat ukur pembanding dari wave probe.

BIODATA PENULIS

Ali Syafrudin dilahirkan di Tuban, 2 Juni 1995, merupakan anak pertama dari lima bersaudara. Penulis telah menempuh pendidikan formal di TK Miftahul Huda Tegalrejo, SDN Boto pada tahun 2001-2007. Kemudian melanjutkan pendidikan sekolah di SMPN 4 Tuban pada tahun 2007-2010 dan SMAN 1 Tuban pada tahun 2010-2013. Setelah dinyatakan lulus dari SMA, penulis melanjutkan Pendidikan Tinggi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya pada tahun 2013 dengan mengambil program studi Teknik Kelautan. Penulis di terima di Departemen Teknik Kelautan melalui jalur SMPTN dan terdaftar dengan NRP 4313100049. Selama menempuh masa perkuliahan, penulis aktif di beberapa kegiatan kemahasiswaan, seperti Departemen Minat dan Bakat HIMATEKLA tahun 2015-2016, OCEANO 2014 dan OCEANO 5. Pada tahun 2016 penulis berkesempatan untuk melakukan kerja praktek di Balai Pantai – Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan SDA, Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat yang berlokasi di Gerokgak, Buleleng, Bali.
