5.2 Saran

Dari rumusan masalah yang diajukan, analisis data yang dilakukan, dan pembahasan yang telah dikemukakan pada bab-bab sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut :

1. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemajuan teknologi dan msdm berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan karena memiliki t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel dan memilki tingkat signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05.

2. Berdasarkan hasil uji program spss membuktikan bahwa variabel kemajuan teknologi dan msdm merupakan variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi karyawan pada PT Bumi Sultra Jaya Kab. Kolaka.
