5.2 Saran

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan di PT Bama Bumi Sentosa Cabang Perak, Surabaya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Role Conflict dan Role Ambiguity terhadap Organizational Commitment dan Job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Saran yang bisa diberi perusahaan adalah sebaiknya perusahaan mengurangi pengaruh Role Conflict dan Role Ambiguity agar meningkatkan Job Satisfation dan juga Commitment Organizational. Hal ini sangatlah penting untuk mengembangkan kinerja karyawan yang akan berpengaruh pada perusahaan.
