Pinjaman dari Pihak Berelasi Due to a Related Party

Jumlah saldo piutang yang timbul dari transaksi-transaksi tersebut disajikan sebagai Piutang Usaha - Pihak Berelasi pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian.
a. LCTN sells its finished goods mainly to LCTM and LCTT. In 2015, LCTN also sells its finished goods to LCC, LCTS and LTCP at insignificant amounts. Moreover, LCTN recognizes commission revenue from LCTT. The total outstanding receivables arising from the said transactions are presented as Trade Accounts Receivable - Related Parties in the consolidated statements of financial position.
b. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2016 dan 2015, Perusahaan mempunyai piutang dari LP yang berasal dari imbalan jasa dan berbagai transaksi lainnya. Piutang tersebut disajikan di laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian sebagai bagian dari Piutang Lain-lain - Pihak Berelasi.
b. As of December 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company had outstanding receivables from LP arising from service fees and various other transactions. The receivables are presented as part of Other Accounts Receivable - Related Parties in the consolidated statements of financial position. dari transaksi-transaksi tersebut disajikan sebagai Utang Usaha - Pihak Berelasi pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian.
c. The Group purchases feedstock and finished goods from related parties. LCTN also paid commission fees to LCTT for sales of the LCTN’s products abroad (outside Malaysia).
The total outstanding payables arising from the said transactions are presented as Trade Accounts Payable - Related Parties in the consolidated statements of financial position.
d. Pinjaman dari pihak berelasi terutama merupakan pinjaman dari LCTM yang diperoleh CBL dan LCTIL tanpa bunga dan dapat dibayar kembali sewaktu-waktu.
e. Piutang lain-lain kepada LCC adalah biaya penggantian atas percobaan produksi jenis lain dari Polyethylene (Metallocene).
f. Utang lain-lain kepada LDCC adalah biaya jasa komunikasi data.
g. Utang lain-lain kepada LDCI adalah biaya
d. Due to a Related Party mainly pertains to loans obtained by CBL and LCTIL from LCTM which are non-interest bearing and repayable on demand.
e. Other accounts receivable from LCC represents reimbursement cost of commercial trial to produce other types of Polyethylene (Metallocene).
f. Other payables to LDCC represents data communication service fee.

h. Utang lain-lain kepada LP adalah klaim PPh 22 atas pembelian barang impor LP yang dilakukan melalui LCT.

30. INFORMASI SEGMEN 30. SEGMENT INFORMATION
Kelompok Usaha tidak memiliki informasi segmen berdasarkan produk dan divisi operasi yang direview oleh pengambil keputusan operasional selain dari informasi yang dilaporkan dalam laporan keuangan konsolidasian karena Kelompok Usaha hanya memproduksi polyethylene dan melakukan perdagangan besar (polyethylene dan polypropylene) sebagaimana diungkapkan dalam Catatan 1a atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian.
The Group does not have other segment information based on product and operational division that are regularly reviewed by the chief operating decision maker, aside from the information reported in this consolidated financial statements as the Group only produces polyethylene and engages in wholesale trading (polyethylene and polypropylene) as described in Note 1a to the consolidated financial statements.
