a. PT. Bhakti Panjiwira adalah pemegang saham Perusahaan yang mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Perusahaan.
a. PT. Bhakti Panjiwira is a stockholder of the Company who holds significant influence over the Company.
b. Perusahaan yang sebagian pengurus atau manajemennya sama dengan Grup adalah PT. MNC Land Tbk, PT. Media Citra Indostar dan PT. Bhakti Coal Resources.
b. The companies which have common members of management as the Group are PT. MNC Land Tbk, PT. Media Citra Indostar and PT. Bhakti Coal Resources.
c. Grup merupakan pendiri Reksadana MNC Dana Lancar, MNC Dana Kombinasi, MNC Dana Dollar, dan MNC Dana Ekuitas.
