5.1 Simpulan
1. Sensitivitas pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 93,33 %
2. Spesifisitas pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 40 %
3. Nilai ramal positif pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 82,35%
4. Nilai ramal negatif pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 66,66 %
5. Rasio likelihood positif pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 1,55
6. Rasio likelihood negatif pemeriksaan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi adalah 0,16
5.2 Saran
1. Analisis protein FMRP dengan pengecatan imunositokimia limfosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi dapat digunakan untuk uji saring penderita dengan dugaan sindroma Fragile X.
2. Pelatihan bagi pemeriksa agar pemeriksaan dan pembacaan limfosit dengan pengecatan imunositokimia dapat sesuai dengan standar.
