A. Simpulan

Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut:

1. Parameter uji linieritas, presisi, dan akurasi untuk validasi metode analisis aktivitas antioksidan pada fraksi air dariDunaliellasp. dengan teknik

linear sweep voltammetrymenunjukkan hasil yang baik.

2. Limit deteksi pengujian sampelDunaliellasp. adalah 0,079 mM. 3. Rentang kerja pengujian sampelDunaliellasp. yaitu 0,079 - 0,700 mM 4. Koefisien aktivitas antioksidan asam askorbat adalah 0,305.

B. Saran

Penulis menyarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya perlu dilakukan variasi konsentrasi sampel sehingga koefisien aktivitas antioksidan dariDunaliellasp. dapat diketahui.
