4.5. Sosial Lainnya
Jumlah penyandang cacat jiwa di Provinsi NTB tercatat pada urutan ke 3 terbesar dari permasalahan sosial yang terdapat di NTB, setelah penyandang fakir miskin dan penyandang anak terlantar.
Harapan NTB sebagai daerah tujuan wisata yang beriman belum menunjukkan hasil yang diharapkan.
Ini terlihat dari adanya peningkatan kriminalitas. Pencurian motor masih merupakan tindakan kriminal tertinggi di NTB dengan 2.692 kasus, diikuti oleh pencurian berat mencapai 974 kasus. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan agar upaya peningkatan keamanan terus ditingkatkan dengan melibatkan segenap komponen masyarakatnya
