Perseroan menyadari betapa pentingnya keberadaan sumber daya manusia bagi keberhasilan setiap usaha, guna mendukung peningkatan hasil usaha serta mengantisipasi persaingan di dunia usaha, Perseroan selalu mengupayakan peningkatan kemampuan dan tingkat profesionalisme sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki dengan cara menempatkan setiap pegawai secara tetap dan eisien serta membangun budaya kerja yang berdasarkan dengan perkembangan dunia industri di Indonesia.
Pada tahun 2013 Perseroan memiliki sebanyak 3.766 orang yang secara maksimal telah melakukan upaya terbaik dalam meningkatkan kinerja Perseroan.
Komposisi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan berdasarkan jenjang jabatan, usia, dan berdasarkan dengan pendidikan. Tabel berikut yang menjelaskan perihal komposisi-kompoisi tersebut:

Selain Program pelatihan tersebut, Perseroan juga melakukan peningkatan kompetensi karyawan dengan mengirimkan karyawan untuk mengikuti training ke luar negeri, selain itu juga diadakan program pelatihan untuk tenaga penjual dilapangan seperti “Multistrada Salesman in Me”, serta STS Training Program dan Yamaha
Engineering School.
In addition to those training, the Company also improve the human resources competence by sending the employees to attend overseas training. There is also training for sales like “Multistrada Salesman in Me” and STS training program as well as Yamaha Engineering School.
