Tanggung jawab Sosial Perusahaan atau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diwujudkan oleh Perseroan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh pemangku kepentingan Perseroan, baik konsumen, karyawan, pemegang saham, komunitas maupun lingkungan.
Dibidang Lingkungan Hidup
Perseroan memiliki sistem pengolahan limbah dan sertifikasi serta perijinan yang diperlukan dalam bidang lingkungan hidup.
Dibidang ketenaga kerjaan
Perseroan menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan disetiap lokasi pabrik dan mengikut sertakan seluruh pekerja dalam program BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) Ketenaga Kerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam bidang keselamatan kerja Perseroan memiliki Safety Officer yang telah mendapat sertifikasi SMK3, yaitu Sistem Management Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang bertugas memastikan bahwa Patroli K3 telah dilaksanakan setiap saat, Pemeriksaan jalur hidran telah dilakukan sesuai jadwalnya, pemeriksaan fire alarm telah dijalankan sesuai waktunya, dan Perseroan juga memiliki ijin pengoperasian bagi alat alat yang digunakan seperti : ijin penggunaan ketel uap, ijin penggunaan bejana tekan, ijin penggunaan alat angkat dan alat angkut, serta lainnya.
Melengkapi setiap lokasi pabrik dengan fasilitas Pemadam Kebakaran, memiliki Hydrant System, dan sebagainya serta juga melakukan perawatan rutin terhadap semua fasilitas dan peralatan kerja yang digunakan.
Perseroan tidak pernah melakukan diskriminasi pada tenaga kerja. Dalam segala hal, semua pekerja mempunyai kesempatan yang sama sesuai peraturan yang ada, tanpa membedakan gender, suku, agama maupun ras.
Dalam pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, selain melakukan technical training, Perseroan juga melaksanakan soft skill training kepada karyawan secara berkesinambungan agar kemampuan problem solving, decision making, leadership, coaching & couseling maupun kemampuan personal dan managerial yang lain dapat berkembang secara utuh.
Untuk mendukung perkembangan Perseroan, selain menyelenggarakan Mayora Development Program (MDP) bagi lulusan terbaik dari berbagai perguruan tinggi baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri, Divisi HRD juga mengembangkan Mayora Supervisory Development Program (MSDP) dan Mayora Managerial Development Program (MMDP) bagi karyawan yang berprestasi agar dapat mengembangkan karirnya sebagai kader pemimpin Mayora di masa yang akan datang.

In Environmental Field
The Company has in place a waste treatment system as well as certifications and licensing required in the environmental field.
In Employment Practices
The Company provides health care services in every location of its factories and includes all workers in Social Security program called BPJS consisting of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (Health).
In occupational safety, the Company hires Safety Officer with Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification (SMK3 Certification) to ensure that the HSE inspection is carried out any time, hydrant channel is checked on schedule, fire alarm inspection is carried out in the given time, and the Company has also possessed licenses for the operation of the used tools such as permits to use boilers, pressure vessels, lifting equipment and transport equipment , as well as other equipment.
The Company has equipped each factory site with Fire Department facilities, Hydrant System, and so on, and performs routine maintenance of all facilities and work equipment.
The Company never conducts discrimination in any way to all employees. All employees have the same opportunity in accordance with the prevailing regulations regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religion and race.
In developing the competencies of its employees, in addition to technical trainings, the Company also conducts soft skill trainings to employees on an ongoing basis in order to develop the employees' intact capability in problem solving, decision making, leadership, coaching & counseling as well as personal and managerial capabilities.
To support the Company's development, in addition to organizing Mayora Development Program (MDP) intended for the best graduates of various universities both from within and outside the country, HRD Division also develops Mayora Supervisory Development Program (MSDP) and Mayora Managerial Development Program (MMDP) for good achiever employees in pursue of their career development as cadres of future Mayora leaders.
In social and community development
The Company provides jobs for the community around the factory site and strives to develop quality public awareness to maintain health through hygiene and environmental health by
kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan melalui Program Sarapan Sehat dan budaya 5R, yaitu Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin pada masyarakat dan mengunjungi sekolah sekolah, dari Sekolah Dasar hingga Sekolah Menengah Umum.
Perseroan juga menyelenggarakan khitanan massal, pengobatan massal, donor darah, dan kegiatan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kesehatakan masyarakat. Membantu perbaikan sarana dan prasarana sosial, memberikan bea siswa, membantu para korban bencana, berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap kegiatan keagamaan dan kegiatan penting lain yang diselenggarakan di lingkungan Perseroan.
Untuk jangka panjang, Perseroan mempunyai program yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Program pendampingan petani kopi. Program Pendampingan ini difokuskan pada pola budidaya tanaman kopi yang baik dan benar dan pengelolaan paska panen, sehingga diperoleh biji kopi yang berkualitas tinggi.
Dibidang Tanggung Jawab Produk
Tanggung Jawab Perseroan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan sudah dimulai sejak bahan baku baru tiba dan belum diterima oleh personil penyimpanan/gudang bahan baku Perseroan dengan cara melakukan uji laboratorium terhadap bahan baku yang akan diterimanya. Setelah hasil uji laboratorium memastikan bahwa bahan baku yang akan diterima telah sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditentukan, baru bahan baku tersebut diterima dan disimpan didalam gudang penyimpanan bahan baku.
Selama proses produksi, team pengawas mutu, secara periodik melakukan uji laboratorium untuk memastikan bahwa barang hasil produksi telah dibuat berdasarkan ketentuan dan memiliki kualitas yang diwajibkan.
Semua ketentuan tersebut telah diajarkan kepada setiap karyawan sejak pertama kali diterima sebagai karyawan Perseroan. Adalah suatu keharusan bagi karyawan memberikan prioritas kerja untuk kepuasan konsumen. Untuk itu Perseroan mempraktekan 5 R ( Ringkas, Rapih, Resik, Rawat, Rajin ), GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ), Hygiene & Sanitary (bersertifikat), Halal (bersertifikat dari MUI dan Malaysia), ISO 9001:2008 (bersertifikat) dan ISO 22000: 2005 (bersertifikat).
Dalam hal Penanggulangan atas pengaduan konsumen, untuk menampung masukan dari konsumen, dalam setiap kemasan produk yang dijual, Perseroan selalu mencantumkan alamat pengaduan konsumen, yaitu : [email protected] Jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh Perseroan selama tahun 2014 dalam kegiatan kegiatan ini tidak lebih dari satu milyar Rupiah.
promoting Healthy Breakfast Program and 5Rs Culture, which stands for “Ringkas” (Compact), “Rapih” (Neat), “Resik” (Clean), “Rawat” (Maintained), “Rajin” (Dilligent) in the community and makes a visit to public schools from elementary schools to high schools.
The Company also organizes mass circumcision, mass healthcare services, blood donors, and other activities related to public health. The Company also assists in the repair of social facilities and infrastructure, provides scholarships, helps disaster victims, actively participates in any religious activities and other important events held in the Company.
For the long term, the Company has set a program that aims to increase community empowerment through the mentoring program of coffee farmers. This mentoring program is focused on a proper coffee cultivation pattern and post-harvest management, in order to obtain high quality coffee beans.
Product Liability
The Company's product liability starts since raw materials have just arrived and have not been received by the personnel in the Company's raw materials storage / warehouse by doing laboratory tests on the raw materials that will be received. After results of the laboratory tests ensure that the raw materials will be accepted are already in accordance with the specified requirements, then the materials are received and stored in the warehouse of raw materials.
During production process, a team of quality inspectors periodically conducts laboratory tests to ensure that the products are manufactured in accordance with the sipulations and of the required quality.
All of these provisions have been taught to all the Company's employees since the first time they are hired. It is mandatory for the employees to give priority to customer satisfaction . To that end, the Company has practiced 5 R which stands for “Ringkas” (Compact), “Rapih” (Neat), “Resik” (Clean), “Rawat” (Maintained), “Rajin” (Dilligent), GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ), Hygiene & Sanitary (certified), Halal (certified from MUI), ISO 9001:2008 (certified) and ISO 22000 : 2005 (certified). In terms of consumer complaints and feedback handling, the Company always indicates the address and contact number of consumer complaints, ([email protected]), in the packagings of its products.
The total cost incurred by the Company throughout 2014 for these CSR activities was not more than one billion Rupiah.
