Perusahaan The Company
Sesuai dengan Akta Nomor 231 tanggal 28 April 2010 dari notaris Dr. Irawan Soerodjo, SH, M.Si, Perusahaan mengadakan perjanjian dengan PT Sinar Grahamas Lestari (SGL), entitas anak, mengenai kerja sama Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT). SGL akan membangun gedung, pabrik, kantor, gudang dan fasilitas lainnya (aset joint venture) di atas tanah milik Perusahaan di Jln. Trembesi Blok F17 No 001, Delta Silicon Industrial Park, Lippo Cikarang, Jawa Barat dan kemudian aset perusahaan akan dikelola secara komersial selama 15 tahun sampai 4 Januari 2025. Setelah tanggal tersebut, SGL wajib mengembalikan tanah dan joint venture aset kepada Perusahaan.

PT Sinar Grahamas Lestari (SGL), a subsidiary, about cooperation on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT). SGL will build buildings, factories, offices, warehouses and other facilities (joint venture assets) on land owned by the Company in Jln. Trembesi Blok F17 No. 001, Delta Silicon Industrial Park, Lippo Cikarang, West Java, and then the company's assets will be managed commercially for 15 years until January 4, 2025. After that date, SGL obliged to return the land and the joint venture assets to the Company.
PT Unipack Plasindo PT Unipack Plasindo
Pada tanggal 16 Juni 2014, UPC dan PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk melakukan penandatanganan surat penawaran tanah industri di Kawasan Lippo Cikarang Industrial Park Delta Silicon VIII seluas 40.000 m2. Pembayaran akan dilakukan dengan cara cicilan sebanyak 16 kali sampai dengan 15 Januari 2016.
On June 16, 2014, UPC and PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk signed a letter of offer industrial land in the area of Lippo Cikarang Industrial Park Delta Silicon VIII of 40,000 sqm. Payment will be made by installments of 16 times up to January 15, 2016.
Pada tanggal 8 September 2014, UPC menerima surat pemberitahuan dari PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk perihal Pemberitahuan Nama Kerjasama Operasional KSO Delta Silicon 8. Dengan demikian, pembayaran uang muka yang dilakukan oleh UPC kepada PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk akan dikembalikan dalam bentuk giro dan ditukar dengan giro pembayaran Booking Fee atas harga pembelian tanah dengan diatasnamakan KSO Delta Silicon 8.
On September 8, 2014, UPC received a letter from PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk regarding Information of Operational Activity Name KSO Delta Silicon 8. Thus, the payment of advance by UPC to PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk will be returned in the form of transfer and change to transfer payment for Booking Fee for the purchase of land under the name of KSO Delta Silicon 8.
