HEREAS
it is desirable to amend an Act No. 22 of 1866-7,W
to provide for the leaqing of the North Paradc, at Port Adelaide-Re it therefore Enacted by thc Governor-in-Chief of thc Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House. of Asscmbly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows :1. This Act may be cited fix all purposes as The North Parade Bhort title.

2. The second clause of the said Act No. 22 of 1866-7 shall be

and the same is hereby repealed from the passing hereof.
3. The rents to be received under any lease granted in pursuance Rents under lease to to be paid to
