PRESHOW

Time Action

One Hour Call - Sweep and mop floor - Vacuum carpet SHOW PRESET:

Refer to onstage setting list if required.

Cabinet

- Urn in the middle against wall. Flower photo frame masks it to audience. Check the masking from the seating bank.

Shelving on OP

- Flower bunch set in curl of fabric on top of the shelves. Refer to onstage setting photos if required.

- Fabric on floor in front of shelves. Must be twisted to blend with the form of the fabric on top of the shelves. Ensure that it is not tucked away as this is pulled out by a cast member during the show.

Coat

- Pre-set on the hook on OP side of the shelves Backstage

- Check that all props are preset on tables – refer to the Offstage Props Setting List if required

- Check all costumes are preset for costume changes - Ensure all glow tape has been charged

Half Hour Call - Check all set elements are in place with their mark up. Refer to onstage setting list if required.

- Retrieve book from Sarah once black out begins. Place book on OP table for Sophia.

- Be prepared with white cardigan for quick change

- Monitor cast and props QUICK CHANGE – Elisabeth to Ethel

Sophia: OUT of white shirt, OUT of brown skirt and OUT of coat, INTO white cardigan.

Ensure she takes her hair out. Check her script is on the correct page.

Hand Sophia the book as she enters.
