Zone Entries will close on Sunday 20th November. All entries must be emailed to Grahame by this date. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL ENTRIES OR DROP THEM IN TO HIS HOME AS HE WILL BE AWAY IN SYDNEY.
Barbara will send reminder email on the 18th November about entries and will also send out the relay selection rules from the ROC.
Attached to these minutes will be the list of officials from last year’s Zone. Would all centres please check with any of their officials listed to see if they are available this year and let us know at the next Zone meeting? Also if you have new officials at your centre who would like to volunteer please let Troy know.
The new Excel program for Zone entries will be attached to these minutes for any centres not using Timing Solutions or Witchit for their entries.
Also attached to these minutes is the new order of events for Zone - the days the event are conducted at zone will not change but the order of events may, once entries have closed and we know number of athletes in each event.
Wallsend – The Wallsend Gala day will be held on 30th October. The entry form is available from their website.
Raymond Terrace – Raymond Terrace Twilight Pentathlon is to be held on 15th October.
