Effect of registration of
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, no transfer shall be made or approved of the moneys of any other fund to a hospital benefit fund or medical services benefit fund of a corporation or branch to which subsection one of this section applies;. In respect of any debenture and debenture for the time being assigned to the trustees of any company or branch, the trustees shall cause to be legibly written, printed or stamped on the face thereof a promissory note signed by one or more of the trustees in the following form or to similar effect . In this rule, the words "money payable by a company or branch on the death of such member" include deposits made by such member and money accrued for the use of such member under this Act, respectively with interest on this deposit or money. All payments and applications of moneys in trust made by the trustees under the powers conferred by this Act shall be valid and effective against any claim made against the trustees or the company or branch by any person whatsoever. If any company or branch pays money for the death of a child under ten years of age other than as provided in this law;.
If a parent or personal representative of a parent claiming money on the death of a child produces a certificate of such death other than that given herein to the company or branch or companies or branches from which the money is claimed, or produces a false certificate or one fraudulently obtained or in any way attempts to defeat this law. 9).
In all matters related to the value of securities deposited under the provisions of this rule, the decision of the Treasury is binding and final. The person concerned shall make periodic claims on The Fund to the Board of Trustees for the value of the benefit or benefits provided to contributors and others (including refunds to contributors as hereinafter provided) according to the rules of such business. Subject to this Act, the monies standing to the credit of the Benefit Trust Fund, whether actually banked or not, and all monies in the Fund, shall be used in the manner hereinbefore determined only for or against. a) The provision of benefits for contributors or persons for whom or on whose behalf contributions were made;.
The monies in the Benefit Trust Fund will be kept and accounted for separately from all other monies or funds of the person concerned.
Money in the Benefit Trust Fund will be held, accounted for, separately from all other money or funds of the person concerned. in the case where a person registered under this law has a public official, this public official must submit to the Secretary-. a). A general statement of receipts and expenditures, funds, properties and effects of such person audited by a certified public accountant approved by the Registrar-. i). Other such matters relating to the affairs of the person carrying on the medical or funeral benefits business. Qaenrnid Valuation of Benefit Trust Funds.
On the cancellation of the registration of any person under this Act to carry on medical or funeral benefit business, the Minister shall-. a) order the Board of Trustees to make available to the Registrar the monies and securities in the Fund to the credit of the person concerned; and.
When any sickness, medical or funeral benefit business is stolen, assigned or alienated from the transferor of that business, either on the date on which he ceases to be entitled to receive contributions payable in respect of a benefit which shall be provided by or through that business or on the next preceding day of business to such date, to The Fund shall pay all monies and securities standing to the credit of the Benefits Trust Fund of such business and all monies and securities held by it would or ought to be paid into such business. Benefits Trust Fund. The monies and securities in the Fund and credited to the account of the Benefits Trust Fund of that business shall be retained in The Fund until the credit of the account of the Benefits Trust Fund of the beneficiary of that business;. The following provisions will be in force in relation to rules relating to the sickness medical and funeral bcnaat.
Provided that an appeal may be made to the Minister against the refusal of the Secretary to register any rule or any amendment to the rule and the decision of the Minister in the matter shall be final and conclusive.
Provision for settlement of dirsputes between registered person ox tors
Provided that the creditor shall not be entitled to enforce any right or remedy against any property of such person who, on receipt of such order or any previous order winding up the business of medical illness or of that person's funeral benefit, was transferred and entrusted to the Secretary:. Provided that any amount paid or payable by the Registrar to a creditor in respect of such person's liability to him shall be set off against the amount of the liability. The Benefit Trust Fund of any person registered under the Principal Act to carry on the business of medical or funeral benefits for sickness to observe and/or enforce the provisions of this section shall make such registration of the person concerned for annulment, and the provisions of the "Friendly Societies Acts, 1913 to 1942" shall apply and extend to such persons accordingly.
Receipt or acknowledgment by the said Trustees of the Fund of money and/or securities so paid by the Trustee or.
