Any proceeding in the Supreme Court entitled “In the Supreme Court n in the Central or Northern Court. An order to the superintendent of the prison, after the appeal was rejected, to release the appellant into custody. Warrant for the Superintendent of Prison where the High Court quashes the order setting aside the sentence of detention of the appellant.

SEDITION

By making a fraudulent representation to one M.N., then a member of the Legislative Council [or Legislative Assembly] of Queensland, attempted (fraudulent representation) to influence the said M.N. 3.). He was employed in the Queensland Public Service as a clerk (or as the case may be) and by virtue of such employment he was obliged [or enabled] to furnish accounts [or statements] in respect of the emoluments [alleged to have been ] to be paid to himself or to be confirmed by law for the purpose of paying money (or delivering certain goods) to one M.N.]: And that the said A.B.

SECTION 11 1

Indicate the holding of elections, as in form no. 56, and continue: in which election voting was done by ballot: And that A.R. a) took [or tried to take] a ballot paper from a polling station in use in said elections;. ELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE

ESCAPES: ESCUES: OBSTRUCTING FFICERS OF COURTS

Kept [or maintained or employed] one M.N., who was then a felony offender and unlawfully at large, as the said A.B. Pronounced counterfeit gold or silver] coin, which was evidently intended for a current coin called a sovereign (or as t f, e example may be, as in form No. 103): And that the said A B. And that the said A.B. then knowing that the said tool [or &e.] was so adapted and intended.

QFFENCES RELATING TO POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS

By falsely pretending [or declaring] to some Q.R., Postmaster [or an officer (or employee) of the Post and Telegraph Department] that the said AB. By threats [or by force] obstructed [or attempted to obstruct] one E.F., a minister of religion, while lawfully officiating in a place of religious worship [or while performing his duty in lawful burial of the dead in a cemetery (or as the case may be)]. Assaulted [or arrested, under pretense of carrying out civil proceedings], one E.F., a minister of religion, who was then, as the said AB.

IL-OFFENCES AGAINST

NUISANCES: ISCONDUCT RELATING TO CORPSES

Having under his control a piece of land near a public highway on which a factory was erected (or as the case may be) from which large quantities of polluted water were discharged, omitted without reasonable cause or excuse to prevent the said water from floating over the said highway: for the reason thereof (&c. Being master [or physician] of the ship Mary, so lately arrived from beyond sea, neglected [or refused] to give to one E.F., an officer employed in the public service of Queensland in this behalf, certain information which he was required by law to give to the said E.F. Fraudulently destroyed [or fraudulently taken from a Queen's warehouse (or as the case may be), as their lawful place of.deposit ( or detention) ,] certain goods, namely [two qaser opiym], which were then liable to duty, and which were deposited [or detained] in a [or said Queen's warehouse (or as the case may be) for the purpose of securing payment thereof.

AND AGAINST THE

Unlawfully and with intent to injure [or enrage] one E.F., caused poison [or noxious thing], namely strychnine (or as the case may be) to be administered [or taken] to the said E.F. the master [or mistress] of one E.F., his [or her] servant [or apprentice] who was then under sixteen years of age and for whom the said A.B. Illegally deserted E.F., a child under two years of age, the life of the said E.F.

IBI.--ASSAULTS

ASSAULTS ON FEMALES: ABDUCTION

Went through the marriage form with one M.N., who was then the legal one E.F. was during the, life of the said C.B. 1.). One E.F., a child under the age of fourteen years, forcibly [or fraudulently] taken away [or enticed] [or detained] with intent to deprive one G.F., the parent [or guardian]. Being a parent of one E.B., a child under the age of fourteen years, and the said E.B. to be able to maintain, intentionally and without legal or reasonable reason, the said E.B.

STEALIMG

Because he was not a member of either House of the Queensland Parliament, unlawfully wrote [or spoke] and published about and concerning an E.F. Q Stole (etc. as in the previous form), and to steal the same he opened a locked room [or box or cupboard or desk (or as the case may be)] by means of a key [or chisel (or as the case may be) )]. Stole (&e. as in the previous form), which was then recently accepted by the said A.B. with the indication that the same should be applied as a subscription to the B. hospital [or paid to a 6.H. p.) Stole (hc. as in the foregoing form), being the proceeds [or part of the proceeds] of a valuable security then recently received by the said A..

STEALING WITH VIOLENCE: EXTORTION BY THREATS

One E.F., with real violence stole a watch (or as the case may be), the property of the said E.F. And that A.B. had the same in his possession for the purpose of committing an indictable offence. e) Found with a masked [or tanned] face [or found masked with a false beard (or as the case may be)]:. And that the said A.B. had his face so disguised [or blackened] [or was so disguised] with intent to commit an indictable offence. v) Found in a warehouse (or as the case may be), the property of an E.F., during the night: And that A.B.

V,-~BTAINING PROPERTY BY FALSE PRETENCES: CHEATING

Pretended to an E.F., by virtue of a pretended skill in [or knowledge of some occult science, to discover where [or in what manner] certain goods supposed to have been stolen [or lost] may be found.

ROPERTY STOLEN OR FRAUDULENTLY

FRAUDS BY TRUSTEES AND OFFICERS OF COMPANIES AND

CORPORATIONS: FALSE ACCOUNTING

Intentionally and unlawfully (etc. as in preceding Form) [and] with intent thereby to damage the said mine [or obstruct the operation of]. p.) Willfully and unlawfully destroys [or damages] (or as the case may be) a machine relating to [or used with] a mine, the property of one E.F. 4.). Willfully and unlawfully destroys a rope (or as the case may be) used in [or used in a manner (or work) relating to (or used with)] a mine, the property of one E.F. r. Willfully and unlawfully removes [or disturbs] a wall [or piling or embankment (or as the case may be)] used to secure (or as the case may be) an embankment from the sea [or for the securing of a work belonging to a port (or as the case may be) or for securing a work used for purposes of navigation (or for loading (or unloading) goods).

FORGERY AND EH= OFFENCE

Without lawful authority or excuse made [or signed or executed] for [or in the name of or for among others] one E.F., a document purporting to be a promissory note (or as the case may be) [or a writing purporting to be ( &c. as the case may be)], with the intention thereby to defraud. Made a counterfeit trade mark purporting to be the trade mark of an E.F., with intent thereby to defraud [or enable other persons to defraud]. Falsely represented himself to be an E.F. who was then dead], with intent to defraud.

ATTEMPTS AND

Mixed with certain butter (or as the case may be) to which a mark has been affixed [or for which a certificate has been issued] under the authority of the (name of the Statute by its short title or by the year and number) for the purpose to indicate its quality [or to indicate that the same has been examined (or approved) by (or under the authority of) an inspector appointed by the Government of Queensland (or, as the case may be) on behalf of that ], other butter (or etc.) that had not been so examined [or approved].
