Start/Finish: Car park opposite Lake Alexander, East Point Reserve Entry fee: $35.00 DRW members. $45.00 nonmembers. $35.00 per team. Entry fees include a breakfast for all entrants and a T-shirt for early bird entries to the half marathon (applications received by 18 July 2008).
It does not include a T-shirt for team members. Anyone competing in a team wanting to purchase a T-shirt must tick the box for their required size on the registration form and enclose an extra $25 for each shirt with their entry, to be received by 18 July.
Briefing: Sat 26 July 4.30pm briefing at the start/finish line. If you will not be attending the briefing please ensure you have all the relevant course information needed plus your race number as these will not be available on the morning of the race.
Trophies or medals will be awarded for the following categories:
HALF MARATHON:
1st, 2nd, 3rd open male and female 1st and 2nd male and female 40–49 years 1st and 2nd male and female over 50 years RELAY EVENT:
1st junior team (under 16) 4 members 1st open team 4 members
1st open male and 1st open female two member team 1st open mixed two member team

Registration Note: You must be 16 years or over to enter the half marathon. Under 18 Permission is required from Parent/Guardian. Persons under 16 may enter the relay.
Registration can be made at Darwin Runners and Walkers Inc. on a Wednesday evening.

attach an A4 stamped address envelope to your entry form to receive your number as all race numbers will be issued at the briefing.
Postal applications will be accepted up until 18 July 2008 at DRW Inc PO Box 41421, Casuarina NT 0811.
A cheque made payable to Darwin Runners & Walkers Inc. must be included with the entry form. Please enclose an A4 sized stamped addressed envelope to receive your race number. If you have not received your race number by 24 July, please notify DRW, either by phone or through the web site.
All T-shirts will be issued at the briefing.
After 18 July entries will only be accepted at the briefing.
