An Act to amend " T h e Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act, 1903," and for other purposes.

BE

it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :

1,

This Act may be cited alone as The Wandilo and Glencoe Bhorttitle.

Railway Act Amendment Act, 1909 "; and "The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act, 1903 " (hereinafter called the principal

and this Act may be cited together as " The Wandilo and

Glencoe Railway Acts, 1903 and 1909."

2, This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and all Acts Incorporation with

incorporated therewith, and the principal Act and this Act shall be P-"@

After the passing of this Act the carriage of all goods on the Amendment of r. 16
