An Act to amend the Law relating to Statutory Declarations.

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows :1.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act of the Imperial Form of declaration in Schedule may beParliament, number 5 and 6 William the Fourth, Chapter 62, the ,,,d.
form contained in the Schedule annexed to this Act may be used and employed in anv declaration under the said recited Act now by law authorised, as and in lieu of the form prescribed by and contained in the Schedule to the said recited Act.

Any person who shall wilfully and corruptly make and sub- Fabe declaration.scribe any such declaration, knowing such declaration to be untrue in any material particular, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable, upon conviction thereof, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding four years with hard labor.

The said recited Act of the Imperial Parliament, number 5 and shofi title of lnlperisl6 William the Fourth, Chapter 62, may be cited as

This Act may be cited as a The Statutory Ileclarations Act, short title.1902."
