An Act to apply, out of Consolidated Account, the sum of Four Hundred and Eighty Five Million Dollars for the Public Service of the State for the financial year ending on 30 June, 1986.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:
1. This Act may be cited as the "Supply Act (No. 2), 1985".

Short title.
2. Out of Consolidated Account there may be issued and applied, for Issue and
the Public Service of the State for the financial year ending on 30 June, $~~~~~or:oof 1986, in addition to any money so issued and applied pursuant to the Supply
Act (No. 1), 1985, any money not exceeding in the aggregate four hundred and eighty five million dollars.
3. (1) No payments for any establishment or service shall be made out Payments not to

1985, but there may be paid out of that money increases of salaries or wages payable by the Government of the State pursuant to any return made under the Acts relating to the Public Service, or pursuant to any regulation, or any award, order, or determination of a Court or other body empowered to fix salaries or' wages.
(2) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay such increases out of that·
money.
