An Act to amend the Companies Act, 1962-1964.

BE IT ENACTED hy the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Companies Act Amendment Act, 1965" and shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
(2) The Companies Act, 1962-1964, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the "Companies Act, 1962-1965".
(3) The Companies Act, 1962-1964, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act" .
2. This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and that Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.
3. The second schedule to the principal Act is amended- (a) in item 3 thereof-
(i) by inserting after the word "amount" where secondly occurring therein the passage
"of the fee";
(ii) by striking out the passage "on first regis- tration" and inserting in lieu thereof the passage "under this Act for registration of the company";

(iii) by inserting after the word "amount" where thirdly occurring therein the passage "of the fee";
(iv) by inserting after the word "payable" where secondly occurring therein the passage
"under this Act for registration of the company";
(b) in item 12 thereof by inserting after the word "every"
the passage "application for a";
Cc) in item 39 thereof by striking out the figures "2 0 0"
and inserting in lieu thereof the figures "3 0 0".
