An Act to amend the Criminal Law Consolidation Act, 1935-1972.
[Assented to 23rd November, 1972]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof,
as follows:
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Criminal Law Consolidation Act Amendment Act (No. 5),1972".
(2) The Criminal Law Consolidation Act, 1935-1972, as amended by this Act, and by all other amendments (if any) amending the same prior to the "'commencement of this Act, may be cited as the
"Criminal Law Consolidation Act, 1935-1972'"
(3) The Criminal Law Consolidation Act, 1935-1972, is hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act".
2. This Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by
proclamation. .
3. Section 260 of the principal Act is amended by striking out from subsection (1) the passage "a trade dispute between master and servant" and inserting in lieu thereof the passage "an industrial dispute as defined in the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1972".

4. Section 266 of the principal Act is amended by striking out ==-~r
from paragraph 11 the passage cCIndustrial Code, 1967, as amended" .. 266- .
and inserting in lieu thereof the passage "Industrial Conciliation and IDIerpretatiOD.
Arbitration Act, 1972".
