An Act to amend the Anatomy Act, 1884-1954.
[Assented to 2nd December, 1954.]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the" Anatomy Act Shorttitles.
Amendment Act (No.2), 1954".
(2) The Anatomy Act, 1884-1954, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the" Anatomy Act, 1884-1954".
(3) The Anatomy Act, 1884-1954, is hereinafter referred to as " the principal Act".

2. This Act is incorporated with the principal Act and that Incorporation •.
Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.

request that any specified tissue of his body be used for:
therapeutic purposes, that request shall not be deemed to?
permit authority to be given for the removal of any other tissue.
4. Section 3 of this Act shall come into force at the same"
time as the Anatomy Act Amendment Act, 1954.
