An Act to amend the Industrial and Provident Societies Act,
1923~1935.
[Assented to 13th November, 1952.]
BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Industrial and Provident Societies Act Amendment Act, 1952".
(2) The Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1923-1935, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the" Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1923-1952 ".
(3) The Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1923-1935, is hereinafter called " the principal Act".
2. This Act is incorporwated with the principal Act and that Act and this Act shall be read as one Act.
3. Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by striking out the words" of receipts and payments and" in the :first and second lines of paragraph (a) of subsection (3) thereof.
4. Section 16 of the principal Act is amended by striking out the words" of receipts and payments and" in the fourth and fifth lines of subsection (1) thereof.
