An Act to amend the Impounding Acts, 1920 to 1925,

and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:

1. (1) Thi.., Act may be cited as the" Impounding Act Amendment Short titles.

4. The Seventh Schedule to the principal Act is amended by adding after the word "Gazette" therein the words "or newspaper circulating in the locality".

Consequential repeal 5. Section 3 of the Impounding Act Amendment Act, 1923, and

of 1574, 1923, s. 3, h

and 1678,1925,8.4. sectIOn 4 of t e Impouniling A~t Amendment Act, 1925, are hereby

repealed. .
