An Act to apply, out of the General. Revenue, a further sum of One Hundred and Thirty Million Dollars to the Public Service for the financial year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1976.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:
1. This Act may be cited as the "Supply Act (No. 2), 1975".

ended on the thirtieth day of June, 1975, but there may be paid out of those moneys increases of salaries or wages payable by the Government of the State pursuant to any return made under the Acts relating to the public service, or pursuant to any regulation, or any award, order, or determination of a Court or other body empowered to fix salaries or wages.
(2) The Treasurer is hereby authorised to pay such increases out of those moneys.
