An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, a further sum of Forty Million Dollars to the Public Service for the year ending on the thirtieth day of June,
1970.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. This Act may be cited as the "Supply Act (No. 2), 1969".
2. Out of the General Revenue of the State there shall be issued and applied, from time to time, for the public service of the State for the financial year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1970, in addition to any moneys so issued and applied pursuant to the Supply Act (No. 1), 1969, any moneys not exceeding in the whole forty million dollars.
3. (1) No payments for any establishment or service shall be made out of the moneys referred to in section 2 of this Act in excess of the rates voted for similar establishments or services on the Estimates for the financial year ended on the thirtieth day of June, 1969, but there may be paid out of those moneys increases of salaries or wages payable by the Government of the State pursuant to any return made under the Acts relating to
the public service, or pursuant to any regulation, or any award, order, or determination of a court or othp.r body empowered to fix salaries or wages.
