An Act to apply, out of the General Revenue, the sum of Thirty-six Million Dollars to the Public Service for the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :
1. This Act may be cited as the "Supply Act (No. 1), 1966".
2. Out of the GeQ,eral Revenue of the State there shall be issued and applied, from time to time, for the public service of the State for the financial year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven, any moneys not exceeding in the whole thirty-six million dollars.
3. (1) No payments for any establishment or service shall be made out of the said moneys in excess of the rates voted for similar establishments or services on the Estimates for the financial year ended on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-six: Provided that there may be paid out of the said moneys increases of salaries or wages payable by the State Government pursuant to any return made under the Acts relating to the public service, or pursuant to any regulation, or any award, order, or determination of a court or other body empowered to fix salaries or wages.
