Development Application No.: 998/2015/JP Applicant: The Hills Shire Council

Description: Construction of a baseball field, a multi-purpose football field, 2 multi- purpose football fields co-located with a cricket field, 2 amenities buildings, 2 car parks and associated access roads and a shared path network which will include 3 pedestrian bridge crossings. Vehicular access is provided via Millcroft Way.

The proposal is defined as ‘Nominated Integrated Development’ under the provisions of Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 as the proposal requires approval from National Parks and Wildlife under Section 90 of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and approval from the Office of Water under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000.

ADOPTION OF THE HILLS DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN 2012 – BOX HILL NORTH PART D SECTION 17

Description: Council resolved at its meeting of 10 February 2015 to adopt The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 Part D Section 17 Box Hill North. The plan will come into force on the date of publication of this notice.

Description Of Amendment: The draft plan amends The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 by the inclusion of Part D Section 17 – Box Hill North. This Section of Baulkham Hills Development Control Plan will be held in Council’s Customer Service Centre and copies will be made available for inspection and purchase.

TENDER

APPOINTMENT OF LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT Ref: T15-22

Tenders are invited from interested licensed Real Estate Agents to market a prestige Council-owned property located in Castle Hill at both a national and international level. Agents must have suitable expertise and must demonstrate experience in such property dealings having values in excess of $20 million, through an Expression of Interest process. Consideration will also be given to the appointment of the successful agent for a period of 12 months to market other property holdings.

The land to be sold is Lot 101, DP 1146629, known as 51–53 Old Castle Hill Road, Castle Hill. The property has an area of 1.416 Hectares and is zoned R4 High Density Residential under the Hills Shire Council LEP 2012.

Submissions will be received up to 2pm on Wednesday, 1 April 2015. Tenders will only be received by placement in the Tender Box located at reception in Council’s Administration Building, 3 Columbia Court, Baulkham Hills. Late tenders will not be accepted.
