E it Enacted by the Go'verno'r o'f the State o'f So'uth Australia, with the advice and Co'nsent o'f the Parliament thereo'f, as fo'llo'ws:1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Maintenance Orders (Facili- Short titles.
ties fo'r Enfo'rcement) Act Amendment Act, 1925."
(2) The Maintenance Orders (Facilities fo'r Enfo'rcement) Act, No. 1504 of 1912.
1922 (hereinafter called" the principal Act "), and this Act may be cited to'gether as the " Maintenance Orders (Facilities fo'r Enfo'rce- ment) Acts, 1922 and 1925."
2. Subsectio'n (1) o'f sectio'n 12 o'f the principal Act is amended so' as to' read as fo'llo'WS : -

(1) Where the Go'verno'r is satisfied that recipro'cal provisio'ns Reciprocal
have been made o'r are abo'ut to' be made by the legislature o'r arrangements.
o'ther co'mpetent authority o'f any part o'f His Majesty's Do'minio'ns o'utside the United Kingdo'm fo'r the enfo'rcement within that part o'f maintenance o'rders made by Co'urts within So'uth Australia, the Go'verno'r may by proClamatio'n declare that part to' be a recipro'cating State fo'r the purpo'ses o'f this Act. It shall no't be necessary that the Go'verno'r shall be satisfied that full recipro'city has been o'r is abo'ut to' be acco'rded by any part o'f His Majesty's Do'minio'ns afo'resaid befo're making a pro'clamatio'n as afo'resaid, but a substantial measure o'f recipro'city shall suffice.
