An Act to further amend the Food and Drugs Act, I908, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows:1. (1) This Act may be cited as the" Food and Drugs Act Short titles.
Amendment Act, 1926."
(2) The Food and Drugs Acts, 1908 to 1924, and this Act may be cited together as the" Food and Drugs Acts, 1908 to 1926."
2. This Act is incorporated with the other Acts mentioned in Incorporation.

3. Any foreshore, beach, seashore, jetty, pier, wharf, or breakwater Application of Food
