An Act to vest in the District Council of Angaston the land comprised in the Angas Recreation Park, to determine certain trusts relating to the said land, to vest in the District Council of Angaston certain land adjacent to the Angas Recreation Park, and for other purposes incidental thereto.
[Assented to 20th October, 1937.J BE IT EN ACTED by the Governor of the State of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as follows :

1. This Act may be cited as the" Angas Recreation Park Short title.

2. The pieces of land described in the first and second Vesting of park

3. (1) The said pieces of land shall be held by the said Land to be

(2) The said pieces of land shall continue to be known as the'" Angas Recreation Park".
4. The trusts declared with respect to the land described in Determination
the first schedule by the late George Fife Angas by indenture of trusts.
made the eleventh day of September, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, are hereby determined and the said land shall be held by the said district council freed from the said trusts.

5. Any money and personal property held for the purposes of the said pieces of land by the trustees appointed pursuant to the said indenture or by any committee of management appointed pursuant to the said indenture shall, after pay- ment of the liabilities of the trustees and committee of management, be by them delivered up to the said district council. The said district council shall apply all such money and personal property towards the improvement of or main- tenance of any improvement on the said land.
6. (1) Upon application made by the said district council to bring the land described in the first schedule under the provisions of the Real Property Act, 1886-1936, the Registrar- General may issue a certificate of title to the said land.
(2) Upon application made by the said district council to the Registrar-General, the Registrar-General may enter on the land grant issued in respect of the land described in the second schedule a memorial giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
