1A key feature of academic development at Massey University is support for teaching enhancement initiatives through a number of strategic innovation and development projects. Each year, through the Director of Teaching and Learning, Colleges are invited to apply for support for strategically important projects. These projects can vary in size and scope, and the level of support for each initiative will be negotiated with Colleges.
