In the event of an emergency e.g. illegal entry, fire or property damage at a business, shop or factory premises within the Local Area Command, Police may be required to urgently contact the owner, manager or a nominated person.

In order to facilitate this procedure, records are maintained at your local Police Station on a strictly confidential basis.

This Command is presently reviewing and updating the current details of businesses and it would be appreciated if you would complete this form and return it to the Castle Hill Police Station, at your earliest convenience. The form can be mailed, faxed or delivered in person.

Please notify Castle Hill Police Station when details change.
