FACULTY OF LAW LIBRARY RULES 1. Definition

On such appeal, as provided in Rule 11 (a), the Dean of the Faculty of Law may allow the appeal or dismiss the appeal or reduce or waive the penalty.
STUDENT GUILD FEE RULES 1. Interpretation
Guild Fees' means such fees as may be prescribed by the Council for Membership of the Queensland University of Technology Student Guild. Such refund must be made by the University on behalf of the QUT Student Guild on surrender of any current QUT Student Card.

PRIZES AND AWARDS
OPEN PRIZES
An annual award of $500 presented by Seymour, Nulty and Co., to perpetuate the memory of the late Charles Seymour. An annual award to perpetuate the memory of the late Justin Geldard and is presented to the student graduating with the award of the Bachelor of Laws whose degree is the best degree achieved.
CLOSED PRIZES
The award is intended for the student who, in the opinion of the dean, has contributed the most to the life of the Faculty of Law during the year.
SUBJECT PRIZES
The Law Book Company Prize of a $150 book voucher, presented each year to the top student in succession. The Lyons (Solcitors Prize from Ryan, Weld & Lee's 'Supreme Court Practice' loose-leaf service (current value $215) is awarded each year to the top student in the practice.
