INTRODUCTION

und.erstood.. It is not until recently that

atte¡rpts have been made

to correlate the histological,

bioetremical and

physical

aspects

of

wound healing.

yielded results in investigations in healing of soft tissues.

effects. Relatively for detailed investigations, eÍther clinical or

experi:nental, have been concerned

with this

subject.
