I, the Participant, grant to the Producer the right to make audio and/or visual recordings or other materials or records of my interview, performance or participation (the Recordings).
I agree that all rights in all media throughout the world in the Recordings shall vest in the Producer. To the extent that I may own any, I assign all present and future copyright
owned by me in the Recordings to the Producer. The Producer may use and authorise the use of the Recordings in whole or part by all means and in any manner whatsoever in all media throughout the world in perpetuity.
I also authorize the Producer to use and authorise the use of my name, likeness, voice and biographical material in connection with any use of the Recordings and to use any personal photographs, videos or other materials supplied by me in the Recordings or in connection with any use or promotion of the Recording.
I warrant that there are no restrictions that prevent me from participating and agreeing to these terms, and that the consent of no other person is required. I release and indemnify Producer, the Producer’s assignees, and licensees from and against any claims arising from any breach of this warranty and the exercise of the rights granted herein.
