In addition, the university may not be able to accommodate a change in the research project. 16 The candidacy of a student who withdraws from the University without permission will be suspended immediately, upon notification from the Adelaide Graduate Centre.

If a student is granted this extraordinary leave, the University will endeavor to ensure, but cannot guarantee, that appropriate guidance and resources will be available to support the student upon return from leave.
