34; "Lawyer" - A person who is properly accepted as a court lawyer and is still on the list;. In accordance with this law, the society consists of all persons who are currently and as long as they are still members of the society For the regulation and good management of the society and its members and business of the association;

To provide for the re-entry of persons who have ceased to be members of the Association; ha). Any practitioner who is a member of the Association and who has been in current practice in Queensland for not less than five years shall be eligible for membership of the statutory committee. Each member of the Grants Committee who was appointed otherwise than on the recommendation of the Company.
