The cost per student based on you having a MINIMLM number of thirty eight ( 38) students travelling will be $122.50 each

1. All coach travel as per the attached itinerary.
2. Supply of all camping equipment e.g. tents ground sheets, sleeping bags, cooking dixies,b.b.q. plate,food cold storage box,fresh water reserve drum, camp lighting equipment,folding table,axe,shovel.
3. Supply of all food for the party commencing with evening meal on day of departure and concluding with lunch on day of return
4. Student Field Accident Insurance.

1. The cost of campiMg fees a:t-the-var!c,us caravan parks, these however would

2. Each person to bring their own knife, fork, spoon, cup, 2 plates, tea towel and cut lunch from home for the first day's travel.
In addition to the number of students stated above, this company will provide complimentary travel and all services concerned for the t'MJ staff members in charge of the party.
Concerning payment for these services, this is to be made to this office fourteen (14) dCl)'S prior to the departure date concerned in the itinerary.
