Act I Up 1838

Act I Down 1942 Act I length: 64 minutes

Act II Up 2002 Interval length: 20 minutes

Act II Down 2103 Act II length: 61 minutes

House Count 35 Total show length: 145 minutes

General

• Doors held at top of Act I for possible latecomers. FOH informed DT there were tickets not picked up.

• One patron joined the performance during interval.

• Carpet has been laid backstage post show to attempt to keep noise levels down. Cast & crew will be made aware of this new hazard prior to next performance. DT signed off on use of carpet.

Stage Management

• Skipped lines on pg. 87 Catherine: “Do it” until Don: “I don’t want to live under that … gaze.”

Lighting

• LX Q 11 fired late. Calling error, DSM to note cue placement prior to next performance. Cue brings in light spotlight on Don and Catherine, unlikely noticeable to general audience members.

• Ms Callaghan would like placement of LX Q 36 to be later, Ms Callaghan to discuss with Ms Grima prior to next performance.

Sound

• SND Q 14 fired late. Calling error, DSM to note cue placement prior to next performance. Cue fades in music for eventual change to interval, unlikely noticeable to general audience.

• SND Q 38 fired late. Cast skipped cue lines on pg. 87 causing DSM to move cue placement.

• Mr Seery would like to look at placement of SND Q 27, Mr Seery to discuss with Ms Grima during hour call of next performance.

Vision

• Good Show.

Set

• Bottom right picture frame was crooked preshow, it was fixed then slipped again while the house was open. ASM fixed the frame again before FOH clearance, but it fell again during Act II. This to be fixed with double sided tape or more blue-tack prior to next performance.

Props

• Water was spilled on stage during Act II scene 2 onto the rug.

• Water was spilled on stage Act II scene 7 onto Avery’s costume.

Costume

• Avery’s bandana was left in dressing rooms not in quick change. Wardrobe assistants to ensure costumes are set correctly prior to next performance.

• Dons grey shirt was struck from quick change room with Avery’s Act I costume, Don buttoned up plaid over-shirt to hide superman shirt for Act II Scene 3. He got changed into grey shirt before next scene.

Because of this confusion, Mr Seagrott missed a part of his plot to return Avery’s Act II Scene 2 costume to the dressing room, causing more confusion for Ms Lush. Ms Lush took her own costume from the quick-change room back to the dressing room where she got changed. Wardrobe assistants again are to ensure costumes are set correctly and in place and update plots accordingly.

• Avery’s fishnet stocking tore between last performance and this performance. New stockings need to be sourced, Ms Coleman to action.

• Ms Vukicevic forgot to wear white singlet during show, she takes her over shirt off during the “toxic”

resulting in her being only in a bra and skirt briefly onstage. Ms Vukicevic to be reminded to take note of full costumes and wardrobe assistants to check performers are in full costume more thoroughly.
